For now, we’re keeping it local!

We currently only ship within the 50 U.S. states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Purchase Limit

    You may purchase up to 3 of each size per order due to packaging limits. Feel free to place multiple orders or contact us if you need more!

  • Avoid Delivery Drama

    Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

    Check out our gift packaging details to see how we thoughtfully wrap each wreath with care, ribbon, and a handwritten note, making your gesture even more special.

    Unbox with Confidence

    We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing your order. It’s the best way for us to verify any damage during transit and ensures a smooth and speedy resolution if a return or refund is needed.

  • Shedding Happens

    Our wreaths are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. However, some minor shedding or detachment is completely normal and will not affect the beauty of your wreath.

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

  • We ship using a mix of UPS, FedEx, and USPS, choosing the best service based on your location and order size. Select from standard or express shipping at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping:

    Arrives within 3-7 business days for the contiguous United States and 15-30 business days for Hawaii and Alaska.

  • Express Shipping:

    Arrives within 2-3 business days after processing (availability varies by location).

  • Once your wreath ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to follow your order’s journey right to your doorstep! If you don’t see a tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages

    Once shipped, we rely on the carrier to deliver your order on time. If your tracking information has not updated in several days, please contact the carrier first. If you need additional assistance, feel free to reach out to us.

  • Damaged Orders

    If your wreath arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the unboxing and the damage. For more information regarding damaged orders, please check out our Return Policy.

Our preserved wreaths are delicate by design, so we take extra care when shipping, and appreciate your patience while they travel!
