We want you to absolutely love your wreath! But before you go through the hassle of a return, here are a few things to keep in mind…

A Little Shedding? Totally Normal!
Our wreaths are carefully handcrafted, and just like nature itself, a little bit of shedding or minor detachment during shipping can happen. If you notice a few loose leaves or twigs, don’t worry, it’s all part of the charm! A gentle fluff and TLC should have it looking perfect in no time. However, if your wreath arrives with more than just a little travel wear, please reach out. We’re happy to help!

A Fresh Welcome for Your Senses!
When you first open your wreath, you might notice a natural scent. This comes either from the plants themselves or the preservation process that helps keep them looking beautiful for longer. Don’t worry, the scent will naturally fade over time! If you’re sensitive to smells, simply let your wreath air out for a bit before displaying it. Either way, we hope you enjoy the beauty of nature, minus the watering!

Returns & Exchanges
◼️ Incorrect Item

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a return and send the correct wreath at no additional cost to you.
◼️ Damage or Defects

If your wreath arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage or videos of the unboxing. We assess each case carefully and may offer a replacement or refund based on the extent of the damage. Please note that:

▪️ Unboxing footage is highly recommended to verify any shipping-related damages.
▪️ Minor shedding or detachment during transit is normal and does not qualify as significant damage.
▪️ If a wreath appears to have been altered or intentionally damaged after delivery, we reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement.
◼️ Non-Damaged Items or any other reasons for the return

1. Request a Return Authorization:
To initiate a return for a non-damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we kindly ask that you ship the item back within 14 days. This helps ensure a smooth and timely process for both sides!

2. Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. To ensure your wreath arrives back safely, please pack it securely, and we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service of your choice.

3. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned wreath, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the cost of the item, excluding any original shipping charges if applicable.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different wreath, please initiate a return for your original purchase and place a new order for the one you’d like. This ensures you get your new wreath as quickly as possible!
