Care & Maintenance
Please read the information below carefully before and after purchasing.

Our wreaths feature a harmonious blend of preserved and dried plants.
The dried materials are thoughtfully incorporated as delicate accents or supplementary accessories. This approach allows us to embrace the natural materials that cannot undergo the preservation process, ensuring each piece is both unique and artfully crafted.
Care & Maintenance
-
Indoor use only
Preserved natural materials are sensitive to moisture and extreme temperatures. To maintain their vibrant colors and integrity, avoid exposing them to direct sunlight, even indoors, as prolonged exposure may cause fading or discoloration.
-
Keep away from heat source
Such as air vents, radiators and fireplaces to prevent further drying out.
-
Keep away from water and humidity
Keep your preserved items in a shaded, dry environment. Humidity should be below 65% to avoid color staining and mold developing.
-
Avoid dropping, crushing and touching
Preserved floral wreaths are delicate and easily damaged. Please minimize touching and ensure they are in a location where they won’t be bumped or squished.
-
Keep dust-free
Use a soft brush, feather duster, or hairdryer on a cool, low setting to remove dust gently. Do not use water or cleaning products.
-
Store properly
Store the wreath in the box it comes with to prevent dust and crushing. Leave it in a cool, dry, pest-free location when not in use.

Helpful Tip: Record your unboxing
For your convenience, we kindly suggest recording a video while unboxing your order. This can help us quickly assist you with any return or refund requests, ensuring a smoother process.
-
Detachment or break off
Detachment is a natural outcome of the shipping process due to the delicate nature of preserved plants, environmental changes during transit, and movement within the packaging. Despite careful packing, these factors may cause parts of the plant to become loose. We appreciate your understanding. If your wreath arrives with significant damage due to detachment during shipping, please contact us here or email us at mgmt@amberambience.com along with photos of the damage or videos of the unboxing, we will promptly offer a solution.

Natural and preservation-related scents
Preserved plants have a natural smell due to the preservation process, including the use of glycerin, which is generally non-toxic and safe for handling, as well as the natural oils retained by the plants. Rest assured, any smell is typically mild and fades over time.
